- Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a $600MM brand point management company. Schawk works with 51 of the 100 most valuable brands in the world. I own the talent acquisition for all of Global Technology including Corporate IT and our associated business units. The BUs include our software arm, Schawk Digital Solutions, which develops workflow management/digital asset management (DAM/eDAM) for leading CPGs and Pharma's. In addition, Schawk Retail Marketing which is our Ad Agency. SRM owns the largest photo studio in the United States at just under 100,000 sq ft in the West Loop of Chicago servicing many of the leading retail merchandisers.
Responsibilities include full lifecycle recruiting, business process improvement, program design and implementation, employment branding, ATS improvement, and some org development/research.
