I'm interested in hearing what everyone thinks are the best ways to track sourcing (activity, results, etc.)

I'd like to see some examples of what everyone thinks are the best way to track a sourcers performance and/or progress.  Imagine you had this great idea to hire a sourcer or institute a sourcing team for the very first time in a corporate HR dept. Now imagine you have to justify this existence to upper management on a regular basis...what are the clearest and most concise ways to measure this function?Please, there's no wrong answer.  Thanks!See More

Sourcing Strategies

Good day folks - I'm interested in some feedback on how you put your sourcing strategies together.  I've been doing these for quite some time, but I'm always interested in seeing how others go about doing it and any examples would be great. The twist on this is that it's for an international opportunity.  For instance, Chinese certification engineers for an aerospace company.  These are folks that have to certify aircraft per the Chinese version of the FAA's guidelines. Should be some fun to…See More
