With a smile, firm handshake and maintaining eye contact while stating my name and providing a brief personal comment to start a normal conversation. The conversation will provide an opportunity to get to know each other better, and also understand the type of personality we have.
What recruiting tools can you not live without?
My most important tool is my smart phone. It provides me with the ability to stay connected around the clock while giving me some entertaiment when I needed (Hulu, Netflix, etc.)
