What are some contract/temp companies out there that partner w/ Recruiters?

I am inquiring of companies out there that partner with recruiters to work on contract jobs together. I have come across a few that will do all the payroll work on their end and the recruiter that passes them the contract/temp fill receives a cut of the weekly payout to the candidate. Would like to hear about more of these companies out there and if need to be specific to state. I am in MA. Please email me on this.
