How do you introduce yourself to people you meet in business?

I am currently the Director of HR Services for Lindsey Business Group and I am responsible for the assemblage, oversight and direction of LBG's, Human Resources team.

I have over 12 years of progressive HR experience, in start-up to mid-sized firms, with a core concentration in government (sub) contracting environments. I excel at building HR departments from inception to acquisition where I can apply my vast knowledge of risk mitigation, compensation, employee relations, recruitment and staffing, policy and procedural development, benefits and payroll to my list of undertakings.

I am a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the NOVA/Dulles SHRM chapter. I am a graduate of King's College where I hold a Bachelor's of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science; Minor in Psychology with a concentration in Behavioral Science and HR.
