- I thought I couldn't live without an ATS...I survived with spreadsheets and paper folders. I fought and won my new ATS! I couldn't live without Linkedin and other networking sites; not as much for the candidates but the groups.
- What do you like best about RecruitingBlogs.com...
- The free sharing of ideas and experiences. It's nice to see the differing opinions of those in an agency and those that are on the corporate side. Having a platform to be devil's advocate is great to see other perspectives on HR practices. CONTENT CHANGES ON RBC DAILY...some Linkedin groups rarely see any new discussion blood.
- ...and what would you change and why?
- Easier way to remove spammer "friends". I'd also like to not be force fed daily bloggers as several of them really have nothing of substance to say (especially when blogging about topics daily).
