Jason C. Blais said… Kelly, I enjoyed the discussion generated from your recent blog post. I'd be interested to get your perspective on a topic I presented last year- building an auxiliary workforce. Essentially, we worked with HR staff to help them identify and leverage the unused skills within their current workforce to remain productive during the recession and layoffs.
