Millions of Jobs to be "Created," Will We Get To Help?

I keep hearing that the current Obama administration is claiming they will create up to 3 million jobs within the next year or two. My question is, “how much of that pie can we expect to serve?”If it’s mostly government jobs that are created, then we might miss out. If it’s private sector jobs that are created, then we could be in for a wild ride. I’m curious what others think?
