Why I am a Smart Recruiter...

I just love creative license! Five reasons why I'm a smart recruiter:

1. I listen (no, really listen) until I can visualize myself doing the job

2. I eat my frog first (tackle the toughest tasks early) makes the rest of the day amazing!

3. I am disciplined - I keep office hours sacred, don't mix work and personal stuff and calculate the time/value of everything I do.
