Recruiting in Multiple Languages

I work in an industry that is about as global as it gets.  I'm curious to see if anyone is recruiting for positions in the US that don't require any proficiency of the English language.  If so, how do you post, screen, onboard, and manage employees who do not speak, read, and understand English at all?  We have determined a few potential positions where English may not be required, but are trying to figure out how other companies handle this. Do you post in multiple languages, hire recruiters…See More

Outsourcing Reference Checks

I am exploring some vendors for outsourcing our reference checks and I'm wondering if anyone currently does this in their recruiting department.  One of the vendors we are looking into is Chequed.  Has anyone used them in the past, and if so were you pleased? Thanks!See More

Adding Interview Notes in Applicant Tracking System

I am trying to find out what the best practice is for including interview notes in a candidate's record within our applicant tracking system. If we do include our interview notes sheet in a candidate's ATS profile, do we then need to do it for all candidates? If some recruiters include notes and others do not, do we then open ourselves up to legal issues from a discrimination stand point down the line?See More
