The fact that it took something like 12 months to get approved...what the heck? When I tried to join last year I was hoping to learn and network to get back into the recruiting world. missed opportunity...by the time I got my approval I'd forgotten about having done a job search, been running my business for months, and already placed 3 people. Oh well!
