Recruiter in Las Vegas

Good afternoon!  

I have a (former) client who is relocating to Vegas and is interested in finding a recruiter to work with in that area.  

Can anyone recommend a recruiter in that area?  Her background is non-profit, event/program planning, HR and project management.

Any referrals would be great!  She'll be moving out there in about a month or so.

Continuing Education for Recruiters

Aside from the 'corporate training' provided from some recruiting companies when you are an internal employee, where you do you go for additional training?  Do you actually 'go' anywhere? Online?

I've been in the industry for almost 16 years and have been looking into additional training, not just for myself, but for other recruiters who often ask the same question.  I am not looking for 'how to be a recruiter' type training, but I am at a loss to identify what sort of training I am…
