The Talenthook feature for Maxhire is definitely a draw but Sendouts has their own tool which is similar called Recon. They charge a little extra for it but their pricing for the ATS was a little lower so I think they ended up being within $10/month…

We've been so busy on our end that I haven't chosen the tool yet. We have two local competitors that we're friendly with that have switched (one to maxhire; the other sendouts) and they're both ecstatic about the switch. For us they seem very similar but Sendouts is in our city and will onsite training that may push them over the top.

I sometimes like to work with multiple windows and views open instead of clicking back and forth. I think the cost of the Target Recruit tool was about $89/month per user and is very google friendly.
