How not to act your age at work

I approached my father, a high ranking Pilot with over 30 years flight experience, to get involved with blogs to discuss interesting Aviation topics. I suggested several blogs and Twitter... and OMG, here is a man surrounded by complex systems in an aircraft but a simple sign up procedure became more difficult than landing on an aircraft carrier.
