- Patience my friend:) Trial & error...Working with people that are mentors and you are able to ask a lot of questions. Don't be afraid to ask!
Also listen and ask your candidates questions, most of them are the wealth of information. I use to work on SAP and Oracle years back.. a little tough for me... I stick to areas that I know and technology that comes easier to me (not saying the easy route)
If you have a req, I pick it a part one step or section at a time, and build questions from there, it's like a resume... the same thing. some req's are more challenging then others, if you don't understand, ask your client...don't be afraid to ASK! My motto is to be honest, have intergrity and give excellent customer service, you will make a better placement and your client will return & with more business.
I use www.techweb.com & wikipedia.org and use technical books like Newtons Telecom dictionary resources like that.
I know a lot of information.... I hope this helps?
