My name is Marisa Wilt and I’ve most recently worked as a recruiter within corporate staffing. (Exiting August 31, 2010.) In additional to talent sourcing, I also created and managed recruitment programs for interns, college recruiting, and employee referrals.

I’m best known for implementing new processes and delivering training for users across the HR organization. I’m passionate about getting things done systematically using the latest technology.

I’m especially proud of a lean six sigma project I led with a team of 5 who developed a recruitment process roadmap to provide a consistent structure for 10 locations. The result was an e-manual and associated documents housed on MS SharePoint.

I get excited about project assignments with a clear objective and scope, because I enjoy the challenge to optimize the integration of inputs needed to drive change.

I am currently searching for part-time project work and/or talent search assignments.
