am an online recruitment specialist with a background working with both employers and job boards on developing their communication channels on both the client and candidate side. As well as providing an effective sales channel for the businesses I have worked with, I have always strived to work as closely as possible with both advertising agencies and employers to really understand the brand ideals, the markets they work in and and the challenges they are facing.
