Use of Recruitment Agencies in the US

Down Under, Recruitment Agencies run rampant. I have seen some amazing numbers today claiming that Agency use for new hires is about 2% in the US with some companies.

I am interested to hear what effect that has had on the way that Agencies do business and how business views them....

Specialist Sourcing Professionals

I am looking to build networks with both Sourcing Professionals and Senior HR Professionals. I am an owner within an expanding HR and People Resourcing Company.



We manage the internal recruitment centres for some of the largest blue chip resources companies, and I am always looking to build pools of talent from which to source from. I find the most effective way to do this is through non-traditional and non-intrusive methods such as this.
