What is the best way to promote diversity exclusive recruiting services (which include career fairs and direct placement)....through a company's Diversity & Inclusion dept, HR or through the dept with the need?

I checked out your website and just like SRS, Sendouts is more than your traditional ATS. I noticed you have the option to submit resumes. We offer Weconnect just an added value that comes with Sendouts Pro Database. With this tool, candidates are able to post a job, take assesments, and update. Visitors can also browse open jobs and submit their resume which automatically creates a candidate profile within Sendouts Pro Database and records the match to the job order. NO DATA ENTRY!!
