- Mr. Michael Mendocha has extensive experience in the recruiting, sales, marketing, project management, and administration of technical services and products, drawing on his technical experience as an electronic engineer (BSEE). For over 20 years, Mr. Mendocha has done recruiting and sales in the staffing industry and has placed over 500 engineering, technical, and IT professionals. Areas of specialization include Avionics, Aerospace, and IT technologies.
Mr. Mendocha has excellent communication skills and has that rare ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical individuals, and non-technical requirements to the technical team developing the product. He provides training in a wide range of topics in one-on-one situations to large classrooms and seminars and is a qualified teacher of the Transcendental Meditation Program®. Mr. Mendocha also does public speaking.
