I've been a successful technical recruiter for 30+ years. Now that I'm in the twilight of my career I look back on my career and I am so glad I'm almost at the finishline. For the past 10 years I feel more like an admistratrive assistant, rather than a professional recruiter. For those of you who don't remember. It seems I am spinning my wheels the wrong way.
The old way was cold calling by phone, now with phone mail no one calls me back.
How do you get new clients?
I am a member of facebook, linkedin, myspace, twitter.
I have written people on the social webs and get no response.
I enjoy placing people in jobs.
I am not who sees this here.
I post blogs and get no one answering them. I do not think answering here works. I am not sure.
