Hello,Does anybody have any good suggestions for doing ref. checks besides the norm. For example:1. Would you rehire this person2. What was his attendance likeETC...I am trying to find some better questions to ask to really find out what the candidate can and cannot do.  What are the negatives, everyone has them.As we all know references are normally good so I'm looking for some harder questions to ask and get a better/real feel of the candidates history.Any suggestions?  See More

I'm technical recruiter working for a software company and I'm looking for some job boards that focus just on software engineers.  I have used StackOverFlow in the past but I'm looking for some more.  Has anybody used any different ones.
