- While still running a recruiting firm I have become an industry trainer, speaker and coach.
Through TheRecruiterU.com and www.TheRecruiterCampus.com (blog) I work with owners of recruiting firms who are frustrated, maybe even a bit unmotivated and by giving them new approaches, ideas, strategies, and tactics allow for them to gain new perspectives on how to run a succesful recruiting firm.
Many of my clients are on track for higher revenue in '09 than '08 by simply focusing on new strategies and then implementing them.
