I bet by writing a blog post about what you do and then on a regular basis contribute ideas to conversations you see here when you see fit.

People will then be curious and click on your profile page on the site and from your profile page, you should be able to create a good picture of what it is you are looking to do.

If you have a message you are interested in promoting on a bigger level here without it being spam, I can make that happen for you but that costs money.

The best way if you don't want to spend money and have the time is to be an active member of RecruitingBlogs.com.

It works every single time.
(I think this is my new official comment)
