What makes me a smart recruiter?
1. I have an innate interest in people.
2. I'm curious about people.
3. I like people.
4. I like talking to people.
5. I'm a very good listener.
And they can tell that about me and in turn they tell me EVERYTHING about themselves, and before I know it, I understand their value system and if I'm able, I can either engage them as a candidate, or provide them better service as a hiring manager. It's really that easy.

They always are looking for new artists; my friend is a curator for small and large - even her husband (one of my better friends) is an artist - so she always has an open eye.
