"The one page rule depends on industries and the number of years experience. A PHD can almost never have one page.. In DOD one page is unheard of and looks like you just got out of school. A sales professional can make it one page....Resume do not…"

How do you introduce yourself to people you meet in business?
I have been trained by SAP in many IT verticals and industries. I not only have ERP experience but have placed many different positions such as CIO, Java, and helpdesk just to name a few, whatever my client needs. I have functional and technical experience. I am a super quick learner with a BS that has taught me discipline and research. I am very aggressive and never give up so let’s talk about any opportunity you wish me to help I will do splits with anyone. I use out of the box recruiting methods such as LinkedIn, contractors, or simply touch base with my network of recruiters which have 20+ years experience. I have a full home office .
What recruiting tools can you not live without?
My database,friends,boards, and my consultants
What do you like best about RecruitingBlogs.com...
Networking with other recruiter and getting some great tips
...and what would you change and why?
I do not like to be sold by firms that are body shops or paper pushers. If you need help ask but this constant emails about if I have requirements and help them with their bench is very unprofessional.
Hi, my name is Kevin and I am the operations manager for a healthcare recruiting firm in Los Angeles, CA. I’m reaching out to you because you indicated on your profile that you were in healthcare staffing and possibly open to doing some splits. We have a lot of open job orders and offer a 50/50 fee split. Would you be open to discussing ways we could collaborate from time to time?
Thanks for adding me in your network; if you need any assessment please let me know.
Thanks & My best regards,

It's pretty common for the candidate to sign an NCA (Non Compete Agreement), before submitting them to any of your clients, at least that's what we do at the consulting company I recruit for.
