I've been recruiting for about 5 years in IT environment. I worked with some well-known companies as a vendor and was also a part of an outsourced recruitment function team. Recruitment is my passion and I am ready to do what it takes to find and deliver the best talent to meet and even exceed your expectations.
I specialize in sourcing my candidates through various social networks. Utilizing newest research methodology and latest technologies I get access to friends of friends, ex-colleagues of ex-colleagues and other people who are not generally aggressively looking for job opportunities. The biggest advantage to the hirer is the fact that 90% of the applicants are inactive in the job market. Research had shown that passive candidates stay in the positions longer and are less likely to be jumping from one company to the other.
