I am using WizTalent where my team is very much happy and spam proof. They love using this new technology software and with a one click they can send emails to many candidates. If the reply is negative "NOT INTERESTED", just update the status in WizTalent and email is removed from their current activity email list. More result in sourcing and less time in email sending.
