Introduction to the Independent Recruiter's Reality

If you have any experience as an executive at a large company, then there are chances you have had exposure to some sort of business coach or life coach. As a Recruitment Professional, we are lucky if we have had access to a coach through our local gym. Even if your average Recruitment Professional had access to a coach, the chances that we would approach them for assistance are probably nonexistent.Rightfully so,…See More

...and what would you change and why?
We are making the changes we want to see in the Recruitment Industry!!!!

We are changing the Recruitment Industry "guarantees" from being based on number of days to being based on a candidate’s production.

Why???

We as Recruitment Professionals need to understand that when we place a candidate with a client we are immediately impacting our client’s business minimum of 10%. Depending on the fit will depend on whether the impact is negative or positive. When the guarantee is base on "production" we as an industry will ensure that we are taking MUCH better care of our CLIENTS and CANDIDATES!

P.S. – You will also NOT work with BAD clients or candidates.

Isn’t Time We Played MoneyBall?

Hi, my name is Kevin and I am the operations manager for a healthcare recruiting firm in Los Angeles, CA. I’m reaching out to you because you indicated on your profile that you were in healthcare staffing and possibly open to doing some splits. We have a lot of open job orders and offer a 50/50 fee split. Would you be open to discussing ways we could collaborate from time to time?
