Yes, but unfortunately it doesn't mean anything re quality or standards ie all you need to do is fill in the form and pay your money to the appropriaet government department, and you have the licence.

Josh, I think this is the same thing we have in the states. If you charge a candidate a fee for placing them you have to have a state and sometimes county registration/license, criminal background check required. Recruiters who get paid by companies…
