I am a virtual or remote recruiter, I have fifteen plus years of experience recruiting and placing hospital healthcare professionals, as well as fourteen plus years of experience working in the healthcare field, as a Speech Pathologist and hospital Rehab Director. I have a Master’s degree and my recruiting experience includes salary and job analysis, passive and active candidate sourcing (phone and internet), interviewing, resume review and salary determination and negotiation.
