I wouldn't change much here, I would encourage women and more diverse recruiters, to be engaged in their experiences with the recruiting community, either contingent or retained. More tranparency about how they have been treated within our industry and how HR or directly with executives have engaged them, though they may not be the typical or sterotype those executives have sought out for their services.
