Mr. Qureshi, a researcher turned entrepreneur, devised a methodology of quantifying human behavior through a process of Six Sigma. He holds a number of patents in the quantification of human behavior. While attending Fordham University (NYC) working towards a BA in Finance, he co-founded NetWala and developed the eCurrency model which was acquired by PSI Net. After working in finance he realized that his passion was research, so he enrolled to study medicine and conducted research in quantifying molecular behavior at City University of New York. His research took him to Stanford University where he partnered with leading researchers to launch HireLabs. His techniques of pairing and matching, have been used in talent identification and at leadership development programs at organizations including Foundation of Young Intellectuals (serving artists in New York), and LeadershipDNA (serving students at Stanford University), he served as Vice Chairman in both organizations. He recently developed the ‘iHR’ and ‘OccupationDNA’ concepts for institutional clients and government agencies that are looking for an integrated human resource solution to better manage their talent. He advises government agencies in labor and talent management in the Middle East and South Asia. Prior to starting HireLabs, he served as Managing Director of ILR, a private equity firm. His strong background in operations and finance has earned him a seat on the board of Medicove, FetchMed, Intelligent Films, and HireLabs. His interests reside in using concepts of Six Sigma in building intelligent systems to predict human behavior.

Singpore works for me- Group on Linkedin

Singapore is one of the friendliest places to do business. Its a place where there is very little red tape, and things get done at lightening speed.

Furthermore, as the Western and European economies struggle, Asian economies are enjoying a strong China, and strong intra-Asian trade.

This is why any savvy businessperson who wants to get in on the benefits of doing business with Asian countries needs to know the options that Singapore has to offer.

We at HireLabs recently decided to launch an office in Singapore and met a few very helpful people, so we decided to launch a group where we can help those friends who are looking at Singapore as a viable option to do business.

Please join us, and see what we saw in Singapore :)

Why Singapore? Taxes, taxes, taxes!

Globalization’s effects can be felt everywhere. Gone are the days where people needed to hop on planes to attended business meetings, and gone are the days where managers needed to be physically present to manage their teams. Today companies can move their doors to foreign and more profitable places where labor is cheaper, taxes are lower, and property has more value.

We at HireLabs have become big fans of Singapore, which is on its way to becoming the epicenter of the technological world. With… Continue

Why Singapore: Work Ethics and Government

To understand how a nation runs or what it would be like to work with the people of a country, a close examination of its work ethics and morals is important and when it comes to a business considering a venture in a certain country, these traits and characteristics become even more important to comprehend. Corporate Boards’ involvement in Talent Management

Highly influential Boards such as those at GE and Google have always kept talent development in mind when looking at long-term strategy. The Boards of these companies have relevant expertise, but most importantly they have access to several key line managers (the succession pipeline) who provide the raw data needed to construct a long-term strategy. HireLabs study of a recent McKinsey survey has revealed a few very interesting facts about how more and more Boards are actively pushContinue
