Upon hire - the fee is reduced by a specific dollar amount for each hour worked under the agreement.

So if person makes $100 per hour and you charge $150
and they worked 100 hours prior to conversion. And they are going to make $100,000
100,000 x 20% +$20,000 less $1500(15,000 x 10%)=…"
