Does anyone have any experience with Robert Half Finance or Ajilon Finance?

I am trying to break into the business and I am interviewing with both Robert Half and Ajilon. I don't want to sound naive, but I have read the posts on the Vault by former employees of both companies and they are not positive. Does anyone have any feedback on this?
