Do You Want to Change The Recruiting Industry For the Better? How?: I think the recruiting industry works just fine. sure you can sprinkle some fairy dust on it and hope for the best but I think that the economics of it work and once companies realize that hiring should not be a discounted practice, everyone will get enough to make it work. Did I just say that?

What Kind Of Networking Are you Open To?: I am not interested in being sold anything. I am interested in networking and I am interested in helping introduce others to those here on RecruitingBlogs.com that I know.
