I wanted to share this, as I feel people on this blog will find the details very interesting! Would love to hear your thoughts on the results...
What I found particularly interesting was the report shows social recruiting is hot and growing, but job boards remain the #1 source for candidates... didn't necessarily think this was the case, you always hear job boards are becoming obsolete.
