Stephen played an integral role on the executive team at one of Canada’s largest professional IT staffing firms, taking on a variety of management positions as he and the organization grew. His career progression within the firm reflected his significant contribution towards the growth of the firm’s contract staffing division - from a $500,000 operation to a $160 million revenue generator. He was the major driving force behind the development of a huge pool of sales and recruitment professionals that enabled the firm to grow from a single location to 12 offices across North America.

As a keynote speaker at industry conferences, Stephen has successfully motivated and inspired his audiences – topics have included recruitment, sales, employee retention, corporate culture, training and career development. He knows how to stir a group – in a good way. He delivers engaging and entertaining presentations that bring great ideas and inspiration to organizations’ sales and recruitment teams.
