I've been tasked with creating a workable employee exit interview process. We have one currently that brings in a whopping 4% return and I need to get that number much higher.At a previous employer we reached a 58% return and that was with alot of work.Outside of outsourcing the process (not an option) does anyone have a system that works well?See More
