I was prompted to write this after having a very similar conversation with a few people this week around hiring a digital marketing person to work in their business. Between each conversation there were some common issues:
I always find it interesting to have conversations with recruiters about candidates and their role in their business. Now of course, they are extremely important as without candidates you don’t have a business.
