The networking of like minded professionals is most important to me here.
...and what would you change and why?
RecruitingBlogs is fine but in General: I try to change the perception among people that government is anything other than our neighbors money at work. I think the more we realize that tax dollars must come from our pockets the less likely we will be to waste them on programs without merit.
