Would you hire YOU?

You spent all your life savings, mortgaged your home, borrowed from a bank and opened up a Staffing company. You are searching for a Senior Recruiter. Would you hire YOU? If your entire business depended on the recruiting abilities of one person, would you hire YOU to be that person?

The life of a Technical Recruiter

You hit the snooze button on your alarm clock for just few more minutes. You are not sure if you want to get out of bed and head to your office. It is cold outside and the commute is an hour and half by bus. After all, you know what's going to happen. You will search for candidates for chewed-out "requirements," submit couple of candidates and wait for a feedback. In between, you will email lots of candidates with no responses. You will leave so many voice mails and no call backs. You then start… Continue
