what industry were you recruiting previously? I find that cold calling is not my best sport but rather business networking. You should plan on attending various functions with business people and start to work on your referrals. I really dont have the magic potion for getting call backs. Just leave enough information to get them interested but not too much where they dont have to call back. hope this helps. good luck. I see that you are very experienced in working in Accounting / Finance roles and I am currently working on 3 very high level positions in Accounting / Finance that have been a challenge to fill.
