Good article! I too like using some of the social networks as a tool. However, I can only point to one placement that has come from a social media site. The phone and my verbal communication skills are my key ingedients to success...

Great points - I do make an effort to responsd to every candidate I am contacted by. The frustration & challenges come when I have resumes uner review and when candidates interview and clients keep them in the "we'll see - let's wat awhile"…

Thankful in CA
Its been a challenging year for me and through it all, I can truly say I'm thankful.
I have terrific friends and family members who give me encouragement and support. My brother in Conn. is paying to fly me out to his home for Christmas. My friends have listened to my personal and business "woes."
