Wage Law and Commissions - What do you do when you are affected?

Posted on September 10, 2008 at 10:07am 0 Comments

Is there anything as frustrating and sickening as busting your butt and filling job orders and then finding out that you aren't getting paid????

No, I don't think there could be a worse scenario.

Well, recently I have been personally affected by this. My employer has spent the fees without paying me in full. All I had was the excuse, from our ex-politician owner, that there are certain expenses associated with a business and that he didn't have any idea when he was going… Continue

Leveraging Fee Agreements

Good Afternoon everyone!!!

I have an interesting topic today for discussion, one that comes from all-too-recent experience.

Last week, I had the opportunity to speak with a potential client, via phone, concerning my firm's participation in supplementing their career search.

I am....I was there last week and now I'm back in Dallas to pack and move at the end of this month. I have just started looking out there...it seems like there is more healthcare than IT but I spent more time looking at houses than for a job....good to "meet" you!
