I'm a thirteen year veteran of the online recruitment industry. In 2012 I sold my first company AllCountyJobs.com, and now I spend my time as a job board consultant while I build my new company, CareerCloud into a social recruiting powerhouse.

I have always thought that most staffing agencies could use their own job board. Today I discovered the Jobspring Partners website. Its a combination job board and company site that really showcases their open technology rec's.

I've been thinking a lot about Applicant Tracking as it relates to social. There is a clear trend towards social networking profiles becoming more widely used to evaluate talent. A Linkedin profile + Twitter stream + Facebook Likes can tell you a lot more about a candidate than just a plain paper resume.
