I teach recruiters and sourcers how to find hard-to-find talent, and make sure the changes from improved sourcing are self-sustaining. These days, social recruiting is a big part of that (www.recruiting-online.com). My training is done primarily in a self-paced online format, as I am working full-time at Avanade, the #1 Microsoft Gold partner in IT solutions, owned by Accenture and Microsoft.
