My nightmare OBIEE consultant

After one month of hunting, interviewing I placed OBIEE lead developer with unique skills set. He is working happily for 3 days. After 3 three of joining with new client, Called me and mentioned, Jerina” I quite, because I got another offer with 5 dollars more. If you can give me, I will stay.” After all talking, I gave him $3 more and he is working for my client almost 7months now without any issue.
