Happy New Year John!!

My name is Moneik Lane, Corporate Recruiter with Beeline.....

I wanted to reach out to you in the hopes you may know a Mid Level Recruiter you would recommend, I have long tern contract in Omaha for a Gov't contract. This person has to be a go getter, polished, self starter.
Please feel free to forward my information.

That's funny. So dice is more pricey? I figured it was the other way around. I thought Monster charged to post ads, whereas Dice didn't. I am not an authority though. I have heard more people in IT like Dice, but I like Monster.

Hi John. Thanks for the feedback. I only have the option on picking one site as our budget will only allow for the cost of one site. I have been using Monster for the past year, however I'm just wondering if I would find a whole other pool of candidates if we had Dice. As for free Demo's Dice stopped doing that a couple of years ago and do not allow you to do any free searches even for 24 hrs. I guess I'm leaning more to Monster who has promised me that the fee and payment schedule will not change if I sign up for another year. Dice is a little more expensive, however does not give you much in options for payment schedule.

Thanks for your input. I really do appreciate it.

Sincerely,

Louise

Hi John. How are you doing? Have you guys started using the RecruitingBlog? While I have your attention. If you were given the choice of being able to only subscribe to either Monster.com or Dice.com what would you choose?
