My Future in Recruiting

is to connect people...with information, conversation, resources, opinions and each other.Isn't that what recruiting is all about? People, not tools? So I live on Twitter, Facebook and blogs. As well as industry events like ERE Expo, Social Recruiting Summit, Kennedy/OnRec. Wished I could have gone to RecruitFest..next year!
